Automated sales processes for a client from the service industry

The company used a customer relationship management system (Livespace) not only to handle leads, but also to qualify MQL. A solution was needed to monitor the conversion process of potential customers, broken down by the merchants assigned to them.
We've implemented IT systems integration to streamline data flow, so Slack automatically notifies you of new leads. Then the automation signals the available trader to take up the new MQL. In addition, when contacting the customer, the seller can use the buttons on Slack to indicate a conversion or loss of lead.
Due to the low conversion rate, the customer wanted to increase the efficiency of the sales process. One of the problems was the long waiting time for the first contact with the seller after submitting a request for a quote. The new goal was to contact the lead after a maximum of 15 minutes.
We implemented BPA and integration with Slack, which allowed us to create interactive dashboards for traders. They display the statistics and measures selected by the customer (e.g. the shortest and longest time from the request to the first contact). A set of changing live statistics acts as an element of gamification which motivates traders to achieve better results.
The person overseeing the sales processes required the salespeople to fill in the fields with specific KPIs. The CRM used by the enterprise was not able to use these fields to graphically present the data in the way expected by the customer.
We have integrated Livespace with the database to reflect the KPI values in Airtable and present them in a transparent and automated way. In addition, we imported all SQLi data, which, when combined with the data of the qualification process, presents statistics on the entire customer path, not just a part of it.
