Automation of offering premium products
The company selling moss wall panels had trouble bidding because of how many variants the products have. Customers required consultation before purchasing, and manual data collection and price preparation took too much time. Orders flowed both through the form on the site and by phone, but there was a lack of a system for processing requests automatically. Traders had to manually analyze customer needs, which slowed down the valuation process.
We have implemented a solution, thanks to which orders from the form automatically go to Pipedrive CRM, where an offer document is generated. For the analysis of telephone calls, we used VoIP technology with built-in AI, which complements the quotation calculator to create a proposal for the client. All contact history is archived in CRM which enables later reporting. Thanks to these improvements, customers now receive a quote in no more than 5 minutes.

Combination of several sales channels

We have implemented AI to analyze the transmitted information (emails, phones, SMS) and automatically query sellers for missing data to increase the completeness of offers. Additionally, CRM integration now collects all leads automatically, eliminating manual data entry. The recording transcription tool generates conversation notes, which saves time and allows team members to communicate easily. Finally, the system uses AI technology to generate documentation and publish the offer on the commission page.
