So we created automation, thanks to which in the event of the appearance of new customers of the online store, sellers receive an automatic notification on the Slack messenger. Then the automation assigns the trader who has the fewest assigned sales opportunities at any given time. This allows for an even distribution of work between sellers. Our solution minimizes the risk of missing an application and allows you to speed up the functioning of the online store.

Web platform for subscription sales
The customer owned a store on Shopify that didn't support a subscription model, and migrating to the new platform was too time-consuming for him. So we have created a dedicated subscription module adapted to the layout of the site, allowing easy configuration by the store staff. Automation allows for proper inventory management adapted to the new business model related to subscriptions. In addition, we designed a new branding, and UX customization allowed the store to stand out from the competition, eliminating the limitations of standard Shopify templates. We have aligned the design of the modules, adapting them to the main layout of the application.
