About our client

Manufacturer of installation systems for construction, cooperating with installers and traders. The company needed a tool for easy access to technical documentation and interactive product presentation.

Main problems encountered by our client

Lack of access to field instructions and documentation

Installers needed an app to access assembly instructions and technical documentation, even offline.

Unupdated technical materials

The customer had to ensure that installers were using the latest versions of documentation and how-to videos.

No internet access

Many construction sites had limited or no internet access, making it difficult to download the files you needed.

Restrictions on the presentation of large products

Traders could not take oversized products with them, which made it difficult to present to customers.

Problematic search for the right documentation

Installers often wasted time manually searching for instructions for a specific product model.

As a respond to clients problems and challenges we implemented

Creation of a mobile application for Android and iOS

We have developed an application that allows installers to quickly access manuals, documentation and how-to videos.

Integration with PIM/DAM

Connecting the application to the client system made it possible to automatically provide up-to-date data and materials for different regions and languages.

Offline mode with asset caching

The application stores instructions and materials on the device, which allows you to view them without access to the Internet.

AR module for product presentation

Retailers can use augmented reality (AR) to present products in real dimensions.

QR scanner for quick search

Users can scan QR codes on products to find relevant instructions and materials instantly.
