About our client

The startup company has created an easy-to-use task management tool that is accessible from a web browser. The system enables managers to effectively assign and monitor team tasks. The client supports a database of business users, for whom both functionality and data security are crucial.

Main problems encountered by our client

Users constantly reported new needs

Existing Flowboard customers expected new features, and the lack of them meant that the competitiveness of the product in the market was decreasing month by month. Therefore, the company had to respond quickly to the needs.

High requirements for data security

Due to the processing of confidential data, all new features had to comply with OWASP standards. So the client was looking for an IT company that had experience in the field of cybersecurity.

Difficulty detecting problems in real time

The lack of an automatic monitoring mechanism made it difficult to quickly detect threats and errors in the system. The customer wanted to protect the product from any eventuality.

Increased response time to user requests

The lack of a consistent process for testing and implementing changes has increased the response time to bug reports and fixes.

Missing Functionality

Within 3 months, we designed and implemented new functionalities, which after a month of testing came into use.

Integration with OWASP automatic security monitoring

We connected the system to monitoring, which automatically detected security vulnerabilities and informed the relevant people about the threats.

Automate the threat detection process

We implemented an alarm system that immediately notified the IT team of the detection of a vulnerability, reducing the response time.

Streamlining the testing process

We have written periodic automated tests so that before releasing any changes, the system was completely tested.
